This October, the City of Perth Amboy invites residents and visitors to come together for a vibrant celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month a day dedicated to honoring the rich traditions, history, and cultural contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities.
Hosted in partnership by the City of Perth Amboy, PARTNER (Perth Amboy Redevelopment Team for Neighborhood Enterprise & Revitalization), the Perth Amboy Free Public Library, and Perth Amboy Recreation, this family-friendly event will transform Patten Center / PARTNER Park into a lively gathering place filled with music, food, local vendors, and community pride.
Visitors can spend the afternoon enjoying live musical performances, exploring a variety of local businesses and unique vendors, and tasting delicious dishes that celebrate the flavors and traditions of Hispanic cultures from across Latin America and the Caribbean. Throughout the day, the event will highlight the diversity that makes Perth Amboy such a vibrant and welcoming community.
Hispanic Heritage Month is an opportunity to recognize the generations of Hispanic Americans whose culture, entrepreneurship, leadership, and contributions continue to strengthen our neighborhoods. It is also a chance for neighbors from every background to come together, learn from one another, and celebrate the traditions that unite us.
